    • Day 5: Make a list of 3 conversation topics you could bring up with people today
    • Day 6: Say "Hello" to 3 people (in person)
    • Day 7: Start 2 "tiny conversations" with people

    • Day 11: Introduce yourself first during an interaction!
    • Day 12: Listen + Validate what other are saying today
    • Day 13: Use people’s names once during 2 different interactions (In person)
    • Day 14: Have one 2-minute conversation (in person)
